Our Fees are time based and vary depending on how much work is involved in organising your Input Data, whether your forecast has complicating requirements (e.g. prepaid sales), forecast duration, etc. We assess the work requirement when we receive your Input Data (Sales and Cost information, Forecast Questionnaire and start Balance Sheet).
Based on this we provide a fixed fee quotation which covers the Forecast Discussion (see How We Work webpage), producing a draft forecast for review and a final forecast incorporating any edits.
Example Fees
A three year forecast
based on well presented Input Data £450 to £625
If Input Data requires a lot of
clarification and/or organisation add £100 upwards
Shorter forecast duration
- say one year only deduct £75 approx.

The next stage is to collect and prepare your Input Data (Sales and Cost information, Forecast Questionnaire and start Balance Sheet). Click the links to download the Forecast Questionnaire and the P&L Template (if needed). Be as complete as you can but don't dwell too long on any gaps or queries - these will be clarified in the Forecast Discussion phone call.
